SHIPPING CHARGES

The transport of our posters is done by courier service of safe transports throughout Greece. Shipping with OnTime Courier & ACS 🚚 For the fastest shipment of your orders we use Ontime Courier.

The charge for shipments within Greece is free for all our products.

 

SHIPPING TIME

Simple METACARDs are shipped in 2-4 days.

The production process of a personalized METACARD is done within 48 hours and immediately after that the shipment begins. The total estimated delivery time from the moment you order is estimated at five (5) to seven (7) working days.

All products are insured and registered so that you can receive them in excellent condition.

Delivery time may be increased in case of strikes, extreme weather conditions, heavy production load, promotions, discounts, holidays or in the summer due to leave.

Shipments outside Greece are made by EMS and the calculation of shipping is done in the last step. RETURNS The company METACARD IKE guarantees your satisfaction with the quality of construction of the product you receive.

 

RETURNS

In case your product is delivered and you find any damage or construction defect, contact us via e-mail at info@metacard.gr, facebook messenger, instagram direct within 14 days of receipt. We ask for your understanding as metacard.gr can not provide returns or cancel orders, except in the cases explicitly mentioned above (product with damage on arrival, or with a manufacturing defect).
